"I think your old turbo could fit inside there!"
The GT40 turbo arrived today. I wasn't prepared for just how big that thing is. Sure, I knew it was one of Garrett's "large frame" turbos, and some of the people had commented that it would be a big one. But I wasn't expecting a turbo the size of a soccer ball, or an external wastegate about as large as the Mitsubishi turbo I have on the Dart now. I'll have to get a picture of this thing for the blog.
